- Roasted carrots, carrot & orange puree, and pumpkin seed praline V GF

- Lamb shoulder braised in a tomato, herb & olive sauce
- Charred chicken, marinated in yoghurt and spices. Topped with mint slurry and chopped nuts

- Low and slow Beef short rib on smoky garlic agria puree, with italian parsley
