Chilli Spaghetti Recipe

A quick and simple dinner that can be cooked for a large group or simply for a romantic evening for two. The Bespoke Chef’s Chilli Spaghetti can be whipped up from start to finish in 15mins. Add chilli depending on your need for a little burn in the mouth to create your own perfect heat. Season to you liking, shake a little seasoning at it and you have a new go to on the menu!


400g/14oz spaghetti
2 fresh red chillies Have a small bite to test the heat of your chilli
5 garlic cloves
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
Salt & Pepper


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add the spaghetti. Cook until the spaghetti is soft but still has a little bite.

  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, remove the seeds from the chillies and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Cook the garlic and chillies gently for a few minutes, careful not to brown the garlic.

  4. Drain the spaghetti and add to the frying pan, mix to coat with the oil and toss in the parsley.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, throw a little Parmesan at it and serve.
